After many years of innovative and dedicated service, our long standing Newsletter Editor BUCS (ret.) Dave Schill decided to 'retire'. [an E-8 over 40? Must walk with a tilt in dress uniform, eh?]
In true Seabee fashion, Sam Elbe [ACB1] has stepped up to the plate and taken over the 'pen and quill' duties for VNES.
